    From the day our company was founded, Bronco Brigade’s ultimate mission has been to provide you, the customer, with a second-to-none shopping experience. While many factors of our day-to-day operations has helped to achieve this goal, one specific strategy that is loved by all is our Legendary Free Shipping on all non-freight items to the lower 48 states. We get it… no one wants to pay astronomical shipping costs and we feel that you shouldn’t have to. No action is needed to claim our free shipping on eligible products. Simply add the product of your choice to cart and proceed through the checkout. Our company will pick up the tab!

    Does Bronco Brigade Ship Outside of the Lower 48 States? 

    With the goal to one day offer worldwide distribution, Bronco Brigade is constantly working on expanding our shipping capabilities. We currently are able to accommodate many orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and much more. This is contingent on our manufacturers working with us and is subject to change.

    Order Processing Times? 

    Our team knows the excitement experienced when purchasing something new for your rig and the immediate aftermath of anxiously waiting for it to arrive. We give you our word that all orders will be “processed” within 1 business day (often times within mere minutes of us receiving your order).  

    *Please Note: Items that are in stock at our company facility will ship out within 1 business day. Items that are “made per order” or that dropship from the manufacturer’s facility will have an estimated lead time. We are as transparent as possible when it comes to estimated shipping time frames and list them in bold red letters on each product page. For the most accurate lead times on a day-by-day basis, please contact one of our product experts via phone or LiveChat. 

    What Shipping Carriers Does Bronco Brigade Use? 

    The carrier used to fulfill your order will be based off of the item you have purchased and the location at which you live. For items that ship non-freight, Bronco Brigade uses major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 

    In the circumstance that you have purchased an item that will be shipping truck freight (due to the size and weight of the product / package) we utilize a variety of carriers, each of which we work closely. Regardless of the carrier used to fulfill your order, rest assured that you will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery of your item! 

    Am I Able to Request Expedited Shipping? 

    When you place the order with one of our product experts via phone or LiveChat, you are able to request expedited shipping. It’s important to contact us prior to placing the order to ensure that we take the appropriate measures and are able to accomplish getting your item to you within the time frame needed. 

    *Please Note: Expedited shipping options fluctuate based on factors such as inventory levels and fulfillment centers. If it is an item in one of our company facilities, we can ensure that we will have it fulfilled at the highest priority. Some products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facility and we will do our best to have them accommodate the request. 

    How Do I Track My Order? 

    Immediately upon your item shipping, you will receive an email from Bronco Brigade that contains your tracking number. This tracking number will enable you to monitor your item while in transit and it will reflect an expected arrival date. In addition to utilizing this tracking email, you are welcome to contact the Bronco Brigade team to get a status update.  

    I Never Received My Order and it Shows That it Was Delivered. What Should I Do? 

    First and foremost, we acknowledge the inconvenience that this type of scenario can cause, and we go to great measures to ensure that this unfortunate circumstance doesn’t happen. If you are notified that your order has been delivered but it is nowhere to be found, please contact us directly so that we can get to work!  

    Bronco Brigade will coordinate with the carrier to determine where the shipment may have ended up. Most carriers have a procedure in place for this type of circumstance. If needed, Bronco Brigade will file a lost package claim with the carrier. Once the lost package claim investigation reveals that the package was actually lost, we will happily reorder your lost items for you. 

    My Order Was Damaged in Shipping. What Should I Do? 

    In the unfortunate event that your shipment is damaged, please notify Bronco Brigade immediately. If your order arrived with clear signs of damage and you refused shipment or you discovered you order was damaged after receiving it, contact Bronco Brigade. We will make arrangements to clear up this issue and get you a replacement as soon as possible. 

    In the meantime, prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup. In most cases, the carrier who shipped the product will come by to collect it for inspection. Please keep a copy of your returned tracking number as proof that the carrier picked up the product.  

    In order to expedite this process, providing photos of the damaged box and/or product will considerably increase the speed of the investigation process. If the carrier has been notified of the damage you may contact us to file a claim within 3 business days of the delivery. If you have noted shipping damage with the carrier, you may contact us to file a claim within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Arrangements to ship a replacement will be made as soon as possible. Items may be returned only if the damage was documented, and shipment was refused. 

    For items that were shipped freight, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the correct product was received free of damage prior to signing the bill of lading. If the signature was provided without any documented damage, the customer is acknowledging that the product was delivered free of damage. In other words, if the signee has signed for the product the product is non-returnable and a damage claim cannot be filed. 

    What Are the Shipping Charges for Returning an Order? 

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, Bronco Brigade will arrange for your product to be picked up free of charge! In the circumstances that you receive your order and simply no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
