Bronco Brigade takes great pride in offering the highest quality products available and we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, rest assured we will find a solution for you!

Returns

Bronco Brigade offers a 30-day refund / exchange policy on all uninstalled, unopened items, which are returned in their original packaging. The 30-day time frame starts from the day you receive your item. Please read the “Terms For Return” section for additional information.

Please Note: If your item has been opened and removed from the package but can still be sold as new, Bronco Brigade will do everything within our power to extend the policy timeframe and accommodate your request. It should be known that we are an Authorized Dealer and work directly with the manufacturers of our product offering, honoring their return policies as well.

Terms For Return

Damaged or Defective Product:

It is uncommon for items to arrive damaged or defective, though not impossible. If this unfortunate circumstance occurs, please contact us immediately so that we can have it corrected for you. Bronco Brigade will cover the cost 100%!

Incorrect Product:

While Bronco Brigade has a heavy focus on accuracy and keeping mistakes to a minimum, we do understand that things out of our control can occur. What is in our control, is to ensure it’s made right for you. If you receive an item that is of incorrect fitment and it a mistake on our end, we will cover the cost the full! If the fitment discrepancy was an ordering error, we will gladly still assist with making it right. If you have questions regarding a product, we highly recommend contacting one of our product experts to confirm fitment.

Don't Like It?

Perhaps you’ve received your item and it’s not what you were expecting. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Bronco Brigade experience. If this is the case, give us a call and we will help to get a return started. Under this circumstance, the customer will likely be responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee (depending on the brand).
